Aug 10, 2017. #2. I have the Humax 2000T Freeview PVR and have been confronted with this "recording failed" message on a couple of occasions previously. I simply ignored the message and played back the recording as normal with no problems. On completion, I deleted the recording in the usual manner by pressing the "OK" button and selecting one 03-06-2020 9:43 AM.
