So I would assume then that it's a short because I do get power. Also, the code was 00668 and not 00688. PatriciaB July 30, 2020. To reset the Audi A4 key fob, click the unlock button on your fob key and hold it. When pressing down the unlock tab, attach the key to ignition location II. Hold the unlock button pushed for three seconds and then release it. Your keyfob should be configured now.
