I have a steering wheel, gas pedals, brakes and clutches, as well as a PXN-V9 transmission for PC. On the computer, the clutch pedal and gearbox only work in d-input mode, these devices do not work in x-input mode. When starting a game with a joystick in d-input mode, the joystick is not detected. If you start with x-input, the gearbox and clutch do not work. Can you tell me how to fix it?
So I recently attempted to use Forza emuwheel and vjoyconfigurator to bypass the crashing caused by fanatec devices while playing Forza Horizon 5. I have a fanatec CSL DD (5Nm) and have the old Bmw M3 Gt2 wheel as well as the formula v2.5x and wheel. I have no problem mapping my buttons and axis for configurator, I am able to run forza emuwheel
FH5 Not Recognizing PXN V9 Steering Wheel +Shifter. Bug / Tech help. I just got a PXN V9 Steering Wheel and it works on Xbox, but when i try to use it on PC, there is no option in controller mapping for a steering wheel. This means my 6-Speed shifter isn't working. I tried restarting the game and installing a driver from the PXN website.
Any PC game, including Horizon will work with any PC compatible wheel. Ok, thanks! Expect it does not. DD Pro works with PC (including Horizon) right out of the box. You just need to switch to PC mode ( red light), and setup the wheel in the control settings in game. No, it does not.
It’s not enough to tweak the wheel settings; Forza Horizon 4’s in-game options also need to be fine-tuned. Forza Horizon 4’s recommended settings give you a good mix of control and responsiveness. For a comfortable level of handling, try setting the steering sensitivity at around 50% and the steering linearity at around 100%.
Didn't find that problem on the internet, so decided to shoot my shot here. Everything maps fine, but clutch pedal won't map (neither as clutch, nor other axis or button). It works though, device manager thingy shows the arrow travel as I press it down meanwhile I have my FH4 open. 5.
