Spoon/Kaaz etc LSD £550 ish (Quaiffe is cheaper and not as aggressive). Lighter Flywheel £1-200 ish. Other parts, synchros/selecter fork bearings/sleeves etc £200 ish. Labour roughly 8hrs at say £40 p/hr so £320 ish (less if you dont have all of the above).
